Convenient Location 📍

This place has a great location, super close to the ADO bus station, the beach, and Quinta Avenida. It's also near the bus and ferry terminals, making it easy to get around. the room was spacious and impressive, equipped with a shower, hairdryer, and bath sheets.

Had room assigned on arrival with a lovely big bathroom as well as lucky water. The nice and pleasant stuff working throughout the hotel👌

quirky place with good wi-fi and attached restaurant. marvellous and beautiful location, very close to sun jaguar. only 10 minutes walking to the city centre. the pool area is amazing too. early check-in.

Convenient balcony-equipped units 🌞. Located very close to the ferry, bus station, shops, Cozumel ferry, and the popular 5th Avenue. Great spot for easy access to transportation and entertainment options.

Great value for the price. Beautiful hotel, great location. For the rest, it was a great place, nice rooms, good value, good location.

One big minus : all rooms on the main floor have absolutely no isolation. You hear everything going on outside. Mexican travellers were extremely loud. We were woken up every night at 4 am by partying people coming home. They were sitting right outside our room laughing and having a blast while the security was watching in silence. The security staff at night are not doing a good job in general at all.

It's location, friendly staff and interesting room decor. The beds were very comfortable.

I enjoyed this hotel and would stay here again. Sincerely, it was a great stay on the first night of my trip. - Marvelous location in the restaurant in the morning was a plus. - the attached restaurant onsite had savory dishes.

Best location, within less than 10 Minute walking of beach, bus terminal, ferry pier to Cozumel. Simple but clean rooms.

Don't book Breakfast there, rather eat on 5th Ave within 5 minutes. Even Starbucks is within 10 min. No Internet the whole time (their router was broken but was not fixed during whole stay) and no refund for that, either or anything complementary. Matresses are rather hard but we slept well on them.

I liked the well-equipped rooms. the top-class staff were friendly and helpful. - the hotel is centrally located, near many bars and restaurants. - It was a short walk to the ferry to Cozumel island and the party area.

The place provides great prices, had a lovely stay on first night of trip. The hotel is fairly clean, the staff is highly efficient, and the room is large. Its location is marvellous and stunning, very close to Disabled-friendly beach.

The location is very close to everything, just few steps from the 5 avenida, restaurants and shops. Few minutes walk from different beach clubs.

The breakfast is very, very, very poor and not at all inviting. Only 2 toast with one butter and one jam, one egg (every day the same way), one juice and one coffee.....poor and poor no fresh fruits or yogurt or anything else. That's a petty!!!

The rooms here are impressive and romantic with a balcony and a lovely big bathroom, in a very central location for only $49.

Great price. Location is brillant 1 min from shops and resturants and beach on quiet side street. 3 min walk to bus station. Hotel and rooms were nicely decorated.

Room have very little natural light would recommend asking for room on the 2nd or 3rd floor and don't bother with breakfast it's very basic. Also very small pool with no sun loungers.

Nice small hotel in the downtown of Palya del Carmen. Short distance to everywhere and 5 minute to the bus station by walk. Lot of good restaurants in that area.

Wi-Fi doesn´t work very well in our room.
